Automatic Volumetric Liquid Vial Filling Machine works on volumetric principles with diving nozzles. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body, consists of S.S. Slat Conveyor, Reciprocating Nozzle with self-centering devices & SS Syringe. No vial No filling system arrangement is standard features of the machine. The main drive of the machine is controlled by Servo Motor and PLC.
It works on the basic principle of filling the Injectable Liquid in duly sterilized vial, this consists of twelve Head Liquid Filling Syringes. The Main working Principal of Syringes like a piston, syringes consist of a Piston, Cylinder, Liquid inlet – outlet assembly and syringe fitting assembly. Syringes are mounted on filling head and it is working on reciprocating mechanism. The piston is fitted on the bottom side on top plate driven by servo drive. It works on the reciprocating mechanism, the cylinder fitted on the top side of the filling head. It reciprocating by servo mechanism. During one cycle piston suck the liquid from inlet nozzle and next cycle discharge the liquid. The stroke is adjusted by servo according to the fill volume.
The rubber stoppering unit is mounted on the top plate of the machine. The basic principle of the stoppering unit is working on a vacuum base pick and place system. The rubber stopper is fed by the vibratory bowl which feeds the stopper in the correct position into the chute. The chute delivers the stoppers on the stopper holding plate. The stopper holding plate held the stoppers by vacuum and ran along the vial. During one position the vial is lifted up by the cam. During this up position, the stopper is pressed into the neck of the vial. After this operation, the vacuum gets released. This whole system is also suitable for half stoppering also.
